Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided upfront and are valid for the period stated. Additional work identified on site will be quoted before it is carried out.
Workmanship Guarantee
Our installations and repairs are backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers our labour and does not extend to third-party equipment faults, storm damage or tampering.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, EFT and card payments.
Liability
We take every care during installation. Satellite Home Solutions is not liable for pre-existing structural or electrical faults, or for signal issues caused by network providers or weather.
