Before the Installer Arrives
Decide which room(s) you want connected, have your subscription details ready, and clear access to where the dish and decoder will go.
Note any existing dish or cabling that could be reused.
During the Installation
Confirm the dish position has a clear line of sight, check the cabling is neat, and ask the technician to demonstrate the signal strength and every channel on your package.
Don’t sign off until you’re happy with the picture.
After Installation
Keep a note of your workmanship guarantee and the installer’s contact details for any future support.
